    All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the distribution and the fact that this is software, we cannot offer refunds. Please make sure that your server meets the necessary requirements.

    Yes, you can sort your FAQs by faq id, question, topic, and status.

    The Asp.Net Faq Manager has an 'ask a question' page that will allow users to submit questions. The user submitted questions are inserted into the FAQ Manager database with a 'pending' status. An admin can then view and answer pending questions.

    Yes! As long as you upgrade your Asp.Net 2.0 to 3.5. The Universal Faq Manager requires that you have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installed on your server.

    After we verify your payment, you will receive an email with the application attached in a .zip file. This usually takes no more than 8 hours.

    No - MSSQL Server only.

    The Universal Faq Manager requires that the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on your server. SQL Server 2000/2005 is also required.
  18. How do I use HTML to format my answers? faq id: 75
    To format the answer of one of your FAQ's, please login to Administration area. Click on the question you would like to format. You will be presented with a form. On this form is a field titled ‘answer.’ This is the field you can format using HTML. If you are familiar with HTML, you can simply add the HTML to your answers. If you are not familiar with HTML, you may want to view this tutorial: Once you have added your HTML, click the 'update Faq' button. Remember to be sure that your HTML markup is valid.
